How do you charge?
We don’t get paid until your debt is paid. No up front fees are charged for you to register your debt with us. We simply work to collect your debt and charge a commission of what we collect for you as indicated below.

How likely am I to get my debt paid?
Although we would love to give you an exact figure, every situation is different. As we begin your case, we will create a plan which will result in the best chance to collect. What Forms do I need to fill out?
Simply go to our submit debt page and follow the links to submit the details of your debt. One of our collection officers will be in touch. Alternatively you can email the information of your debt and completed Authority to Act Form to info@
Do I need to follow up?
You don’t need to follow us up as our collections team aims to keep you updated of any major breakthroughs. If your debts are paid, you will be the first to know. If it is not already in use, we aim to use a client portal in the future so you may view all activity and the status of your case.
How long does it take?
Unfortunately, this is question which replies on the situation. A debt is usually collected in a day, week or month, but may take longer if major disputes or legal actions are involved.
Rest assured that we are a motivated bunch who want to collect the debt as fast as possible.
Remember, we aren’t paid commission unless you are paid what is owed.
