Legal Action
Although our agents are trained professionals in the debt collection industry, our process is not the end of the story.
Sometimes a debt will involve solicitors, tribunals, court and other legal avenues. Here is where we come in.
Legal Processes

Legal Professionals
There are times that a small situation turns into everyone turning to a battle of lawyers threatening to sue the other party. Our agents are trained to communicate to all parties involved to recover your debts and resolve these sorts of situations.
Our agents are not solicitors, however, the training received gives them an advantage with conversations without the cost of a lawyer. We always recommend to go to a lawyer for advice, but we would love to help in any situation you may have.

Tribunals
One of the options to take legal action is the Civil and Administrative Tribunal. We assist our clients with preparing and filing the correct forms with the courts in most states. We also assist through the whole process including orders and directions submitted by the court.
We do not attend hearings on behalf of our clients, but we work to make sure you get the best result you can.

Enforcement and other Avenues
We are not limited to the usual avenues to recover your money. Our solicitors and agents are able to assist in other processes including enforcement warrants, statutory demands, windup orders, field service and caveats.
The point is that there can be many directions that may assist in collection. We are delighted to assist in finding the right option for your situation.
If you are unsure about what avenues may be relevant to you in your situation, why not give us a call or book in a consultation? Our collection officers will be happy to hear your situation and see what options are available.
